About Kristen Sutton

I have lived in the River Region area for 44 years. In 1999 I decided to move to Tuscaloosa and pursue my lifelong dream of attending the attending the University of Alabama and that dream came true in the Fall of 2001. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Psychology. In 2005, I listed a parcel of land with a friend and the land sold within months. I began talking to her about her career and it sounded like something I would really enjoy. I love to work with people and . finding a home for someone sounded like it would be such a full-filling and rewarding experience. In 2005, I decided to embark on my journey of becoming a Realtor. I have loved every minute of my career through the years and I can't wait for more memories to come in the future. Throughout my years of experience, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all types of buyers and sellers. I have developed some great ongoing relationships with my clients over the course of 15 years. I have experience listing relocation properties as well as assisting buyers who are relocating into the River Region area. I currently hold two Military certifications to assist our Active and Retired Military Personnel that are relocating to the area which are the Military Relocation Professional Certification and Certified Military Residential Specialist. For Sellers I am happy to announce that I am also a Certified Home Marketing Expert. I am currently a member of National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and Montgomery Area Association of Realtors.
